Large Event Sound System

Outdoor Large Event Sound Package (400 to 1,000 Guests) $3,000
Complete sound for outdoor events of 400 to 1,000 guests (depending on the space): 8-box line array system, 4 subwoofers, 4 microphones, professional mixer and a dedicated sound operator for the whole event, with setup and teardown. General liability insurance included.
Unlike the Large Event Sound System (equipment rental), this is a full-service package: subwoofers, microphones, operator and setup are already included.
Requirements and conditions
- Requires 40 amps of dedicated power. If the venue cannot provide it, we can bring a generator for an additional $500.
- Insurance certificate naming the venue for that date: additional cost, quoted separately.
- If the area has no roof, the equipment and the DJ need rain cover, and the price increases.
- Quoted separately: decorative uplighting, tents, bartender and an elevated DJ stage.
- A DJ with a professional mixer and booth is a separate service (reference: $1,500 with setup and teardown).
